We walk the space together, discuss budget ranges honestly, and follow up within 48 hours with mood-board concepts and a fully itemised estimate. If you don't love the numbers, you owe us nothing.

Fully. Havenora is licensed and bonded, carries $2M in general liability coverage, and covers every crew member with workers' compensation. On top of that, all renovation work includes our 5-year workmanship warranty, and manufacturer warranties on materials — up to 25 years on roofing and flooring — are passed straight to you. Extended protection is available through our Home Warranty plans.

You don't have to figure it out alone. A dedicated designer builds a curated palette based on your home's natural light, architecture and the way your family actually lives — not a generic catalogue page. You'll get physical samples to touch at home, plus digital boards showing each combination in your own rooms before committing to anything.

We never ask for the full amount upfront. Projects are billed in milestones — typically a 25% deposit, then staged payments as phases complete and pass inspection. For qualifying projects we offer 0% APR financing for 12 months through our partner lenders, and we accept cards, bank transfers and cheques.
